Shipping policy

Free shipping with minimum purchase of $35.00.  Otherwise shipping is $4.00.

We only ship to the United States of America and its territories.  Ready made products are processed and shipped within two business days after payment is confirmed.  Because customized orders could take a minimum of 5 business days to make, processing and shipping is done within two business days from completion of the customized order.  

We work diligently when shipping your product and it is our priority that you received your package in good condition and in the shortest amount of time possible. We will provide a tracking number for the package if available.  Once we send the package with mail carrier we are not responsible for any damaged or lost merchandise, packages or purchases as it is out of our control. Please contact us if you have any questions or haven’t received your package.

We practice reusing boxes and packing paper that we already have from orders we received to used them with your order.  In case that we need to use new packaging and shipping materials, these are either of recyclable, recycled, biodegradable or compostable materials.   

When you check out your order you will have the option to offset the carbon footprint of your order.  Please consider this as a small donation to a better environment.
